We manufacture heavy duty steering rods, Pan hard rods, drag links, idler arm, control radius arm and more. Our HD rods are manufactured in our 29000 Sq. ft manufacturing facility equipped with special CNC machines which produces high precision steering rods.
Steering rods-
- Raw material - We only use special alloy steel which is developed by our R&D team and is specially made from the mill as per our specifications. Every batch comes with a material certificate which is available with us for every batch we manufacture.
- Processing - The raw material is cut in length by CNC bandsaw machines and pressed by special machines for making the granules tough from inside adding strength to the steering bars which increses the strength furthermore.
- Machining - Every steering rod is manufactured on special CNC machine which delivers accurate size and threads everytime and leave no scope of loose or non-standard threads.
- In-process check- Every rod is then check in ISO guages for threads, Snap guages for Size, depth of threads using special machine and then sent for further processing.
- OD grinding - We offer grinding service for our heavy duty steering rods for fit anf finish.
Tie rod ends-:
- Our tie rod ends are manufactured using same special alloy steel material developed specially for the purpose of strength needed in performance parts.
- Machining - Our in-house range of 26 CNC machines, enable us to maufacture accurate parts over time and we constently keep on adding new machines for latest technology.
- COLD FORGING PINS - Our in-house cold forging press ranging from 20tons to 250 ton enable us to manufacture with strict quality control and precision.
ORBITAL CLAMPING MACHINE - This machine is used for the forming and closing of the Tie rod ends and Ball Joints. This machine enables to form the closing lip of the tie rod with high precison enabling the best movenemt of the ball inside the housing of the Tie rod.
Laser marking -:
- Every tie rod end is laser marked for warranty and records.
PACKAGING -:
- We supply these steerind rods in indivisual boxes, which are then palletised and shipped accordingly.
