We manufacture complete kits in-house, along with rubber o-rings, oil seals, paper and rubber gaskets, Stainless steel 304 grade shims, CNC machined chuck nuts and sheet metal components.
Our Stub axles are drop forged using alloy steel at the most high-end forging facility near us. These rough forgings are kept in special heat treatment to normalise the steel and remove any stress which may have occured at the time of hot forging.
CNC machining, our cnc department is experienced in handling forgings upto 400mm in diameter and more. These stub axles are machined on latest machines with Fanuc controlled macines for precision and finishing. Our Fanuc robodrill are the world's best and fastest machines for drilling & tapping enabling us to produce large quantities in commited time.
Grinding -: We have in-house CNC grinding machine which gives the stub axle the perfect RA value finishing which prevents wear and tear of oil seals and mating parts.
All swivel pins we manufacture are alloy steel screw forged, made on special Kitagawa specialsed holding chuck to ensure perfect centering of both ends. This helps in perfect installation and manufactured as per O.E. specifications.
